🐾 The short version: Snootz doesn’t collect, store or share any of your personal data. Everything stays on your phone.

What the app accesses, and why

• Camera: to show the viewfinder and take photos of your pet when you press the shutter.
• Microphone: only while you’re recording your own sound on the “Record a sound” screen. The app never listens at any other time.
• Photo library (add only): to save the photos you take. Snootz does not read or browse your existing photos.

What we collect

Nothing. Snootz has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your photos and recordings are saved only on your device. We have no servers that receive them.

Data on your device

Your recorded sounds and your choice of sound buttons are stored in the app’s private storage on your phone. Deleting a sound in the app, or deleting the app, removes them.

Children

Snootz doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this ever changes, we’ll update this page and the date above before releasing an app update that changes it.
