No sound is playing

• Turn your volume up. Snootz plays sounds even when your phone is on silent.
• If you’re connected to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, the sound will play there.

How do I change a sound button?

On the camera, press and hold any sound button. Pick a new sound from the list, or record your own.

How do I record my own sound?

Tap Edit sounds, then Record your own. Tap the big button, say your pet’s name, tap again to stop. Name it, pick an emoji and a colour, then save.

Photos aren’t saving

Snootz needs permission to add photos. Go to Settings → Snootz → Photos and allow access.

The camera is black

Check Settings → Snootz → Camera is switched on. If it still won’t show, close the app fully and reopen it.
